Biography

Tracy Smires, Massage Therapist, graduated from the Somerset School for Massage Therapy, with Honors in Technique, in 1997. She then accepted a position providing massage therapy services at The Spa in Manalapan, New Jersey. She is well versed in massage therapy skills including reflexology, prenatal massage, neuromuscular therapy, and deep tissue massage.

Massage therapists are trained in massage therapy to provide medical benefits by manipulating the soft tissue and muscles of the body. The skills used help to relax overworked and tired muscles, alleviate pain, aid in the rehabilitation of an injury, and support overall good health.

Tracy is excited to provide massage services at PB&J. Appointments are available Monday through Friday evenings and Saturday 9:00-2:00 to accommodate your busy schedule.
